After a week of confusing ....i start my job as a sales person with new determination....

to be the TOP SALES...

as i have zero knowledge about cars....i need to work a little bit hard....everyday...review the brochures of the car and memorize all the price list...keep doing the same thing everyday....the first month has passed...

i'd been tested again...no customer at all..i start cried again...but this time...i never give up....i worked harder...try to change the marketing strategy....

2nd month....alhamdulillah....8 customers....i'm so happy..

really happy...now..i understand how the work flow....i even can beat the senior sales man....not bad for the new sales girl right...i heard cynical word from few sales man...'alah....adik bos....memang la senang nak closed sales'...they were talked behind me....i'm so angry to hear that...but ,when i think twice....i knew...people always jealous with somebody else success...for those sales man...i challenge them to beat my target...what they think....even i am a boss's sister....did the boss do the sales for me???...NOOOOO........

me myself did everything....so..watch out your bad mouth.....

As a boss's sister....i have to show the best perfomance...this is what my brother said...

"Elly kan ada degree.so..lebih knowledge pada yg lain..lebih kreatif....jadi takkan nak jadi average sales girl je "

i take my brother's word as a challenge to me...i will show him that i can beat the rest.....

The Beginning of The Journey

2002 .... I start working at Perodua Tanjung Malim as Sales Advisor....

Working with my own brother.

Sounds great .... i thought , everything will be easy...mmmm, not that easy actually...

One week in house training , learning about Perodua's Car..technically .... i found quite difficult to understood....

But .................

i put aside all those negative feelings...After one week , i start doing my first.....MARKETING .....

i went to all schools , hospitals , police station and all goverment place....distribute the FLYERS.....

at that moment...i had ODD feeling...EMBARRASSING...deeply inside me , i keep asking ....why me...why this...GRADUATED person like me...need to walk from one office to another office doing this...

REGRET....i should not resign as a teacher....all those negative thinking come up in my mind....CRYING....

i drove myself from Tanjung Malim heading to KL ...while driving , i keep thinking about what i DO....

think.....cried....think.....cried....at last , i stop my car at R&R Sg Buloh....i slept in the car....

Time to struggle

I'm taking so long time since my first post... 

Actually i have no idea to share in my blog.

NOW...Alhamdulillah i had happy moment with my lovely Hubby and hopefully our life will always enlighten with shine and happiness.

Starting today, i will update something that maybe can be use to anybody, specially for those women out there who has running own business.

Well ... lets me shared the story how i start involved in sales. After i was graduated in 2001,i started my first job as temporary teacher in SMK Seri Jengka.I've been there for 1 year.Then i continued teaching at SMK Maran as Math Teacher.As a teacher,i gain some experience in life.I love teaching but i feel this is not what i really want to do.I enjoyed myself with my students but i start thinking of doing something else.Something more challenging. Something that can give more income.

So...i resign as a teacher and went to Tanjung Malim and stay with my elder brother.He ran business as Perodua Dealer...To be continued.....
